Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken breast pieces dry with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer, working in batches if needed, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add butter to the same skillet and let it melt. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together for about 1 minute so the chicken absorbs all the garlic butter flavor.
  • Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
